The Salary Negotiations for Women session is a standalone session, and yet it builds from the more generic Salary Negotiation session from July 3. In this specific session, we will cover negotiation gender differences in general and as they apply to salary negotiations. We will first focus on understanding the dimensions of the differences and the reasons behind them. This first part will help us cut through the media noise of the salary differences across gender and focus our energies on tackling the real issues. With this knowledge, we will then suggest theoretically-sound and practically-proven strategies and actions that increase salary negotiation performance across genders, and specifically for women.
