In parallel, she is the Future Technology cohort lead for the Fintech Innovation lab, which helps cutting-edge fintech startups scale their businesses in the world’s most competitive markets. Across her clients she has significant experience in Retail banking, leading work across various landscapes defining case for change, transformation strategy, and operating model design to drive revenue growth and cost reduction. Gianluca Malagoli (Managing Director Technology Strategy @Accenture) Gianluca is a Managing Director in Accenture with 20+ years of experience. He has been focusing in helping Clients in shaping, designing and delivering Transformational Digital Solutions and Architectures leveraging Cloud, Intelligent Platforms and Data as a mean for delivering innovation at scale. Gianluca operates at the intersection of business and technology to develop the capabilities needed by Clients to respond to rapidly changing needs. Over the years, Gianluca has matured experience in a number of Industries, with more specific focus in Banking, Utilities and Energy. Gianluca is based in Milan, Italy. Peter Zemsky (Deputy Dean/Dean of Innovation @INSEAD) Professor Peter Zemsky has been a faculty member at INSEAD since 1994 and a member of the school’s leadership team since 2010. As Deputy Dean, he is responsible for external relations including fundraising, alumni relations, and communications. As Dean of Innovation, he is responsible for the school’s digital strategy including the development of its award winning online courses.
