Leila Schwery Bou-Diab
Vice President, Manufacturing & Technical Operations @Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals (Janssen)
Leila leads the internal and external manufacturing network, and the technical operations organization responsible for Janssen’s new and existing Pharmaceuticals. Previously, she was accountable for the overall product portfolio as VP, Value Chain Management Janssen Supply Chain. Prior to this, Leila served as VP of Global Quality for Elanco, Eli Lilly’s Animal Health Division and led Manufacturing & Supply Chain organisations in the pharmaceutical and animal health divisions of Novartis. Leila has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the EPFL (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) and a post-graduate diploma in Safety Engineering from the University of St. Gallen.
Declan Fitzsimons
Senior Affiliated Professor of Organisational Behaviour @INSEAD
Declan's research focus is on post-heroic leadership models such as shared leadership, senior teams, leading in complex environments unconscious processes in groups and organisations, experiential and action learning, and organisational change. He also co-directs the Emerging Leaders in a Digital Age programme. Declan has designed and implemented organisational development projects that integrate leadership development initiatives with corporate strategy in complex stakeholder environments involving the state, corporate foreign investors, and international regulatory institutes, as well as within a broader context of rapidly changing social and economic conditions. He currently consults for corporations from a wide range of sectors including energy, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, banking, paper, and precision engineering. Declan has Economics, Education and Management Development degrees, is trained in Psychotherapy and has a PhD from Cranfield.

Partner and Global Supply Chain Leader @Egon Zehnder
Le leads the North American Supply Chain & Operations practice. She guides organisations in executive search, succession planning, accelerated integration, leadership assessment and development, and diversity and inclusion. She is passionate about supporting organisations undergoing significant change and building the next generation of leaders. Le has previously been a Principal for BCG and an Equity Analyst for Goldman Sachs. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Benjamin Schreiber, MBA'05J
Deputy Chief for UNICEF's global vaccination programme @UN
Benjamin leads work on the COVID-19 vaccines portfolio and has been UNICEF’s deputy chief of global immunization programmes for the past 7 years. He has worked for over a decade in the private sector in management consulting (BCG) and private equity (Four Square Investments) and was a senior manager in a French non-profit organization (Agence de Medicine Préventive Afrique). Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University College of London, a Master of Science degree in Economics from the University of Oxford and an MBA degree from INSEAD.
