Jim is currently the CEO of Ember Consumer, President of Ember Healthcare and a Board Member of Ember Technologies. Ember is a world leader in precise temperature control. Jim is also a board member of; Henkel, Nanofilm Technologies and PCH international, and sits on the advisory board for Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore, (school of mechanical and aerospace engineering). In addition, he is a Senior Advisor to KKR. Prior to his current roles, Jim was the CEO of Dyson, and was a board member there from 2012 until 2020. During his tenure, Jim delivered record results year over year, while rapidly expanding the company’s supply chain, engineering and digital commerce capabilities. In his time as CEO, Jim oversaw the launch of an unparalleled suite of new Dyson innovation that allowed the company to successfully enter new industries. Lily Cheng
Founder of Hubel Labs, Board member of Swire Properties, Octopus Cards, Chow Tai Fook, HotelBeds, Advisor to Mars Inc.
Lily has served in the technology and internet industry for over 17 years both as an entrepreneur and as a corporate executive. She was President, APAC at TripAdvisor up until 2016 and had previously held a number of executive roles at Expedia and TripAdvisor across London, Singapore, Beijing and Hong Kong. Lily is currently an independent non-executive board director of Swire Properties Ltd., Octopus Cards Ltd., Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Limited as well as an Advisor to the Office of the President of Mars Inc. and an Advisor to HotelBeds Group in Europe. In 2018, Lily became the youngest independent non-executive director nominated to serve on the board of a Top 100 company by market cap listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Outside of the board room, she splits her time between being a mom and managing a software development lab with a distributed team of contributors around the world.
