Leading your customer-centric digital transformation
Digital is profoundly changing our economy and the way we work. Rapidly advancing technologies and digital trends, changing customer behaviours, and disruptive competitors are making it increasingly difficult for organizations to drive sustainable and profitable growth. CEOs report that many of their digital transformation efforts fail and research is showing that up to 70% of organizations failed to exceed their return on digital investment goals. Leaders are well aware of the need to transform but are desperately in need of direction as to how to change and even where change is required. In this webinar we will discuss success factors and the steps organizations can take to achieve profitable growth in a digital world. Our three-year study of over 30 digital transformation cases as well as interviews with more than 500 executives identified three transformational shifts that have helped successful organizations leverage digital technologies and trends and build competitive advantage by:
• Engaging customers and selling more effectively – The Digital Selling Shift
• Innovating and enriching customer experiences – The Digital Experience Makeover
• Offering data-powered solutions rather than individual products and services – The Digital Proposition Pivot
This webinar would be woefully incomplete without addressing the two critical enablers of digital transformation: employees and data. Failure to address the challenges inherent in employee enablement and harnessing customer data is cited by C-suite executives as the biggest cause of digital transformation failure. Managing internal change – in organizational structure, leadership, processes, governance, talent, and culture – is the backbone of any successful digital initiative. You can only be successful as an organization when you put these important enablers in place and if you understand the right next steps for your company.”
