An Analytics Playbook for Supply Chain Performance

Angela Qu
Chief Supply Chain Officer @Iveco Group
Angela Qu is an executive with over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and management consulting. Currently, Angela Qu is Chief Supply Chain Officer at Iveco Group. Previously, Angela has served as Chief Procurement Officer of Lufthansa Group where she transformed the company’s procurement function into a major enabler to the company's success, creating value to customers, employees and society as a whole. Prior to that, Angela led transformation projects at ABB, leading the group’s supply chain excellence in terms of organization, processes and people development. From 1994 to 2003, Angela Qu supported Siemens in establishing greenfield manufacturing sites in China and led in-house consulting services specialized in value chain design, sourcing strategies, logistics, and operational excellence. Angela Qu holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from ETH Zurich. She is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply.
Stephan de Barse
Chief Revenue Officer @o9 Solutions
Stephan de Barse is the EVP of o9 Solutions, driving digital transformation with some of the leading Fortune-500 companies. Promoted to Executive Vice President for the Global Go-To-Market Practice of o9 Solutions, his entrepreneurial spirit, cross-industry expertise, and sound business sense contributed to the organization's exponential growth — with o9 ultimately becoming a unicorn in April 2020. Founded in 2009, o9 is an AI-enabled platform providing operations and business planning solutions. Its offerings include demand forecasting, commercial, supply chain, and integrated business planning. Stephan holds a BSc and MSc in Accountancy and an Executive Master of Finance and Control from Nyenrode Business University (The Netherlands). In addition, Stephan holds an Executive MBA degree at BI Norwegian Business School which comprises modules at UC Berkeley Haas, California, USA and Nanуang Technical University of Singapore.
Guillaume Roels
The Timken Chair in Global Technology & Innovation @INSEAD
Guillaume Roels is the Timken Chaired Professor of Global Technology & Innovation at INSEAD and the Research Director of the INSEAD-Wharton Alliance. His current research focuses on the management of operations for knowledge-intensive services and on supply chain management. He is teaching courses on operations excellence, supply chain management, service operations and project management. Prior to INSEAD, he was an Ass. Professor at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He received an MS degree in Management Engineering and a DEA in Management from the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium and a PhD in Operations Research from MIT. Professor Roels has published in many academic journals including Management Science, Operations Research and Manufacturing & Service Operations Management. He is currently serving as Department Editor for Manufacturing & Service Operations Management and Service Science. He was named the Poets & Quants 2015 Best 40 Business School Professors under 40.
